All our work is guaranteed to up to 10 years. Our insurance backed guarantees are supplied through the CPA, protecting the guarantee that we issue. So even if our company do cease trading you are still fully protected.
The insurance also covers your deposit, which means, in the unlikely event we cease trading before we start work, your deposit is covered.
STROMA BUILDING CONTROL
All of our new tiled conservatory roofs are certified by Stroma Building Control Inspectors. Thanks to this, you can have complete confidence in our work. Every installation is checked by Inspectors for structural and thermal compliance during the installation. Inspectors guarantee the work is installed properly and in compliance with Building Regulations.
Some conservatories are exempt from Building Regulations. However, that exemption depends on certain criteria that the conservatory must meet. You will need a Building Regulations Certificate if you want to change your glass or polycarbonate roof because your roof would no longer be 75% translucent.
Stroma Building Control is a CICAIR Approved Inspector offering building control services as an alternative to Local Authority Building Control (LABC).

“Betty and Greg came first to look at the job and provide a written quote. They explained that the deposit and the work would be covered by a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. They surveyed the existing conservatory structure to ensure it was suitable for a roof conversion. The chaps who did the work arrived on time each day and I have to say worked extremely hard. They had a new frame and roof boarding in place before leaving on the first evening so I was nice and secure overnight. They also did a bit of a bespoke design to replace part of the car port roof, tying it in with the conservatory roof with tiles so that the aesthetics of the house were improved brilliantly. The job was finished ahead of time and their plasterer provided the final touches on day four. I have to say I have never seen a plasterer work so cleanly! All in all the work is of a high standard, the men cleaned and cleared every evening and I’m highly pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend.”
